We got back yesterday from the trip of a lifetime!!! We had a great time and I just wanted to post a few key pictures to give you all a "teaser" - I will post more about it later. They kept us busy and extremely well-fed the whole time we were there.
Here's a quick overview of our activities:
Day 1:- Arrived at the ranch at 5pm
- Appetizers & Dinner (BBQ Ribs, BBQ Chicken were the main course)
- Drinks
Day 2:- Breakfast at 7
- Cattle Drive in the morning - We drove 200 pair Corriente from one pasture to another about a mile and a half away)
- Lunch
- Driving H1 Hummers through the Mountains (my favorite! This was no course in a field, they actually let us drive Hummers up mountain sides and through big ditches)
- Massage
- Town Party with magicians, live music, roping dummy, branding leather and trick roper Kowboy Kal!
- Dinner at the Livery (Trout and the best beef brisket you've ever tasted with homemade Cheesecake for dessert)
- Live Music, Karaoke and DJ
Day 3:- Breakfast at 7
- Mountain Hiking and Zip Line
- Lunch (Yummy Sliders and wonderful chicken salad!)
- Clay Shooting - This was the first time I had ever shot and I did pretty darn good!
- Fly Fishing
- Massage
- Ranch Party on the Lake
- Dinner in the Saloon (Roasted Sirloin)
- Live Music, Poker, Blackjack and Line Dancing in the Livery
Day 4:- Breakfast (Omelet bar)
- Massage
- Travel
